I'm a fairly new convertee to low carbing and firmly believe it works.

I too have had great results.

My meter reckons it should be in the 5s by June if I carry on as I am, currently it equates to 5.7. It works really well but still I haven't lost any weight which I find extremely disappointing.

I lost all my weight doing the Newcastle Diet. Since I've been on a low carb diet my weight has stayed the same.

I am watching my calories and hardly doing high fat, to be honest, but nope, nothing in 30 years has ever helped me to lose weight. :-(
