Hi All! Just got my latest results back at 6.8 (in Canada) so was quite pleased (last one was 6.6) as the summer is always harder for me to keep things under control with our anniversary, birthdays and such an awfully hot one this year!! Also just finished having two cataract surgeries and now have 20/20 vision, which is hoot after being extremely near sighted for over 60 years:):)
Anyway, was encourage with the results. Weight has popped up 5 pounds over the summer so my new goal is to get the last 15-20 pounds off. Am starting fasting for 24 hours twice a week, which is quite doable. I read Dr. Fung's latest book and it was really inspiring! I was going to wait until after our Thanksgiving in early October, but then I thought, why wait? So Saturday will be my first 24 hour fast:) Of course continuing with Low Carb Healthy Fat!
Trust y'all had a great summer and keep on keeping on! Cheers/L
