Follow up on my annual review, overall happy but unsure of how to lower cholesterol, although nurse wasn't too concerned and some parts have improved, she did mention risk 11%.

My GP still uses one of the Qrisk 2 calculators without the additional questions (computers not updated) which gives me a higher score!

Yes I did fast, not a big fish fan but will give more fish ago, I do have chai seeds and walnuts daily. Had a look at your link and put in my numbers and got a lower result of 8.2% . That's Better..
Cook with Lurpak and lard and use Hellmans mayo.
Not now but I did use it before diagnosis, I changed a lot of foods after joining the forum and reading the advice and experiences of the members. I now need to tweek my diet as my weight has plateaued. Thanks for your input.That's good then. Plenty of Omega 3 in Hellmanns. I asked about the cooking fats/oils in case you were using the cheapo vegetable oils like Sunflower etc. which are laden with omega 6.
Well done, excellent drop in number ..Just had review (4 months over due)...A1c has dropped from 119 to 46....
