Latest Hba1C

Just got my latest Hba1C result back from the docs. 2 years after T2 diagnosis, it's sitting at 5.7. This is slightly up from 5.6 measured 6 months ago, however I'm reasonably happy with this result. Cholesterol is sitting at 4.7, which I'm pleased with. Now if only I could get rid of another stone...I'm still too short for my weight !
Still not on meds, control is by reducing carb intake.

Congrats! I get my first blood test result next week and I'm really hoping I can get away with just dealing with this by diet. Maybe you're a good omen
