39 despite weekly cheat days with a cholesterol of 4.7 exactly the same as back in January Nurse said I should be proud. I want to stop my metformin now, but she told me to speak to my doctor first, but doesn’t see any reason why I shouldn’t come off it now

An update spoke to doctor today he’s happy for me to come off metformin, and would like to use me as an example to his other diabetic patients, with my permission first, I replied of course I’d be honoured
