ive just come back with my latest results-

colesteral 4.2

hdl 2.09

ldl 1.87

trig 0.53

now his the starnge one 5.0% on fasting and no hba1c. they didnt test me for that so i asked what am i doing here then for my 6 month review lol. i got to go back later this afternoon ofr some more blood to be taken but very happy with colesteral levels

That's a really good lipid profile - very well done! :clap:

Shame about the HbA1c - let us know what it is when you eventually get it! :roll:

thanks im slowly losing the will to live with this. unusual readings to food i trust then panicing and using 20 test strips or washing my hands 5 times to make sure there is no residue on my hands. 4 years in and i still panic over my meter. i think this disease hits you as much mentally as it does physically.
