I haven´t been that good at being strict lately so have eaten too many carbs and also too unhealthy, I lack some of my medication at the moment, not for diabetes and it has affected my will-power and energy level greatly so now I do wait to get this medication again and get back into the fight and back to exercising hard twice a week... also have been ill for a long time and feeling unwell most of the rest of the time...
so actually relieved to write that my HbA1c has only been raising to 39

I would say that with everything you are going through health wise, and your less than ideal diet, that is a remarkable HbA1c. It is only up by 1 point, which could even be the result of the lab roundings to whole numbers. So I say, well done. :)

I wanted to give you a hug and a ‘winner’ but the forum won’t let me so I gave a ‘winner’ icon, now here’s a (((hug))).
Brilliant news with all you have going on. I do hope you feel better soon x

thank you... it won´t last if I don´t get in the move soon

You're doing well @Freema trust me on that! HBA1C down that much and you're wanting to get back to it, I see that as a win!

@Freema sending you a hug and a well done to you too. Pleased you’ve stayed in the normal category but also shows it’s all not easy hope you manage to work out a way forward that also works with your other medical conditions too.
