Hey all seen a few comments about the above ^^^ and by the sounds of it, it relates to carbs but I have no idea whatsoever about this, what it is, how you do it or the effects it has on you

Are you sure its not saturated fat as in butter, lard, dripping, coconut oil.

Most people report finding a higher fat diet more satiating than a low fat diet, but no such thing as satiated fat as far as I know.
