what is very low... I eat like 1000 calories the days I don´t excercise...
one could eat like what one uses of energy every day and never exceed that... and then go just a Little bit lower..
I suffer from cronical stress but do loose weight anyway, but my sleep is worse, but when sticking to my planed diet it is faling off steadily only with a few weeks plateau in between

Very low would be starvation mode which is unwise. Did you read the link about leptin.? It isn't a gimmick.
