LCHF loose how much how fast?

i also believe that you should only eat when you are hungry. so is it ok that im not and i prob wont want to eat breakfast and maybe only a teeny lunch
It's not the best of idea's to skip meals .. If you eat no breakfast .. And a small lunch then your evening meal is going to be bigger than it should be .. Three evenly spaced med sized meals are far better than one big meal a day .. I used to eat the one big meal a day .. And got to 21 stone doing it ... Now I LCHF with three medium size meals a day ( a lot more food than the one meal would have been ) and have lost 5 stone in a year and still have some to loose that's slowing going ... When your body knows it's being fed regular then it's not needing to store fat .. When you swap any low fat products for full fat ones your body again has no need to store fat .. To keep your blood sugars normal then cut the carbs .. I only have around 30g of carbs a day ..
How many carbs are you having and what's your bs readings before and after you eat ?
 
suppose i never thought of it that way. i can just have a small greek yogurt or something cant i
 
most days i have either nothing for breakfast or some greek yogurt, for lunch salad and chicken breast or tuna. with mayo and for dinner i have maybe a pork steak and beef steak maybe with mushrooms and peppers fried in garlic butter. thats what i have most days. not sure how many carbs are in that?

cannot reply on this for carbs as I am a vegetarian .. No clue on the meat side of food .. Salad sounds good watch out for beetroot it's a root vegetable as are carrots .. So can increase your sugar .. Mushrooms are good ... What are the rest of the veg with that meal ?

Collieflower is great cooked or raw .. Brockley steamed again a great filler for your main meal .. Cuecumber is very good for reducing my BS .. May not work for you .. Coalslaw with added chease and full fat Mayo is also good .. But a meat eater will need to let you know if this will work with meat ! I also have a lot of diffrent nuts .. Almonds are the best to me to reduce my sugars ..
 
Intermittent fasting is by many seen as something very good for health and a common way is to fast 16 hours and eat during 8 hours. So no breakfast.
 
but fasting may trigger a liver dump and then you feel all messed up (well I do anyway)
 
my test figures are that of a non diabetic and always have been so i dont worry about blood sugar too much. plus no carbs is low sugar
