It's not the best of idea's to skip meals .. If you eat no breakfast .. And a small lunch then your evening meal is going to be bigger than it should be .. Three evenly spaced med sized meals are far better than one big meal a day .. I used to eat the one big meal a day .. And got to 21 stone doing it ... Now I LCHF with three medium size meals a day ( a lot more food than the one meal would have been ) and have lost 5 stone in a year and still have some to loose that's slowing going ... When your body knows it's being fed regular then it's not needing to store fat .. When you swap any low fat products for full fat ones your body again has no need to store fat .. To keep your blood sugars normal then cut the carbs .. I only have around 30g of carbs a day ..i also believe that you should only eat when you are hungry. so is it ok that im not and i prob wont want to eat breakfast and maybe only a teeny lunch
How many carbs are you having and what's your bs readings before and after you eat ?
