Hi everyone - I am a very newly diagnosed T2, 38 Year old girl with a BMI of 25. I desperately want to lose at least 6 kilo/1stone.
After doing my research I have decided to go the LCHF route to lose weight. I am convinced this will work for me as I believe I am either wheat or gluten intolerant - I look 8 months pregnant after bread and pasta.
So...as the goal is to reduce my blood sugars and lose a good amount of weight, should I also calorie count? How much is too much fat? I am not good at weighing or measuring food.
I plan to have eggs in the morning and a protein and salad for lunch and dinner.
Anyone had weight loss success with this woe?
