My wife,Annemarie, also a LCHF Coach, has successfully reduced her weight by 46kg, then slowly weaned herself off insulin, blood-pressure pills and now is slowly reducing the metformin tablets too.
Therefore her pancreas is slowly but steadily healing itself.
Intermittent fasting and strict carb intake monitoring has been the route followed.
Her diabetic doctor has agreed with her methods.
Thus following LCHF works!!
Try it.

Well done to both of you. I am sure your support has been invaluable to your wife.

I started reducing carb intake before I was diagnosed T2 because I wanted to lose weight. At diagnosis I was no longer eating the big 'white carbs' and then I gradually reduced my carb intake until my BGs were normal.

Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
You have posted in 'Success Stories', perhaps you would like to read some? There are amazing stories of people who have vastly improved on LCHF lifestyle. :)
