I use that one, and the soy version too. Both are good for my sugar levels. Quite acceptble substitute IMO

I tried the lentil pasta and I thought it was quite gross... Couldn't get over the texture, and taste was awful. Is the black bean spaghetti any nicer? The nutritional values look amazing!

I like it but, then, i haven't had normal pasta for 4-5 years since I starr low carbing.. Before I found this in Asda I was having konjac fake pasta which is absolutely vile in comparison.
