Generally speaking lower insulin resistance will lower lectin resistance. Lectin is a hunger / satiety hormone. Once we achieve lowering insulin resistance and maintain good steady bg then lectin falls into place.

Basically a low carb, moderate protein with enough healthy fats to satisfy.
I've noticed by keeping my bgs low with extra insulin my leptin has increased. I'm hugely satisfied, less hungry and can carry out my day without giving food a thought.
I keep wondering how much insulin resistance I have? I wish there was a measurement.
Starting seperate insulins on the 12th may. Hopefully.
