Hi
I’ve been testing a lot more particularly before and after eating new things. But I’m not keeping a track of them.
Is there an app out there that’s any good at tracking levels but also what food that level is linked to?

There are a few out there, but they mostly rely on you inputting the data, bit like an electronic diary.

MySugr app if free (there is a paid version not sure what extra you get) which allows you to input a variety of notes, icons for some different food types.

GLIMP which is linked with Libre but can be used with manual finger tests that has a wealth of various info you can stick in plus also track where you have finger pricked, foods eaten etc, again another free app.

Here is a link to a page that may help http://www.diabetesforecast.org/2017/mar-apr/diabetes-applications.html

Hope that helps.

I find it hard to input data on carbs because I can’t work out how much I’m having.

Hello @Cana i’d recommend Diasend as an app, it’s simple to use and easy to track all the essentials :)

I use mySugr, easy to use, turn off the annoying sounds in settings. I estimate carbs if I don't know what they are.
