Libre 2 Alarms

Hi All,
I have been using Freestyle Libre 2 , successfully, for a while now.
I have an issue with the alarms?
I changed my mobile phone in February to a Motorola G50 ,was previously using a Motorola G6.
When using the old G6 , an alarm activation from the Libra would alarm like a traditional alarm clock, on the G50 it just shows a brief notification that is easily missed.
I have everything set up the same , but don't understand why there's a difference.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Alarms use Bluetooth so you need to check how your phone behaves with Bluetooth assuming it is even setup with the Libre 2

If you are getting a notification that would suggest BT is working. I'd double check all the sound settings to make sure that notifications are allowed to override other settings like Do Not Disturb for example. Do other notifications, eg incoming texts, emails, alarms etc all sound up? Have you checked that the sound files are actually there? Using Files app, they are at Internal Storage/Notifications.

BTW I also found that if my phone BT is being used already e.g. in the car for making/receiving calls it won't Alarm.
