I am going to disney world this year and with the waterparks, I am wondering whether there is something I can get to put over my sensor so that I can be in the water all day without it going wrong with being too wet?

I speak from experience when I say being in a pool will swipe your libre right off within 10 minutes without any protection (and I am also looking for recommendations for this year)

If you're going abroad also take a spare libre with you and your blood sugar testing kit if you still have one, as they may be hard to get hold off where you're going.

Sadly not wanting to be a killjoy! These don’t work for me, but this could be me - I find that both sensor and any plaster I try to use lose their adhesion because of moisture caused by perspiration after 10 days!

And they just drop off, costly when not on prescription!

I may try and find a watch type strap to hold them on!

Have you tried using Skin tac? You apply it to your arm/leg etc, and as the name suggests, it makes your skin tacky, and helps sensors/cannulas stay on.

Having been already myself, when before I even considered swimming or on any water-based attraction i'd make sure I had a backup in my bag incase it stopped working. But the fact that it didn't come off after around an hour in the water and not going below 1ft, I'd say its the same as if you'd take a shower with it on. On the other hand though i'm used to having the sensor being in error many times regardless of whether i'd been in the water or not.
