Libre 2 LibreLink App - Total Loss of Bluetooth Connection/CGM

Hello all,

Sorry if I'm the 100th person to post or ask this question, but I'm unable to get a solid answer!

Since the last LibreLink (iPhone) update I no longer receive CGM updates, have to manually scan again and the app continuously shows a bluetooth error. Is this the same for anyone/everyone else?

I did see some communication on a different forum that Abbott said they were working on an update to the app which had a lead time of 1-2 months or something, but it's becoming increasingly frustrating having previously had the new CGM capabilities and now having to manual scan again!

I’m still running my iPhone on 16.6.1
When I get a signal loss on phone I turn the Bluetooth off to my phone, wait a few minutes & turn it back on
I only scan to start the sensor as I’m running shuggah as well

Having the same problem also since apple newest software update, my app keeps alarming and asking me to scan sensor. No longer getting live readings

I had an email from Abbott saying there was a problem with the update so I haven’t updated the software on my phone

Hello, would you mind sharing the email? Looks like I have hit the same problem. Just come off the phone with Abbott & no mention of any problem. I am trying to go back to just using LibreLink alone as Shuggah seems to be draining my battery.
