My Libre 2 plus sensor recorded 'no signal' and I was unable to regain signal. Then I noticed it fell off, with 4 days remaining, for no reason. Would they replace in those circumstances? TIA

I guess the only way to find out is to ring Abbott.

They should, if it falls off within 12 days after putting it on, I think.

You can also fill in the failure form online.

Don't throw the failed sensor away, as Abbott usually supply a reply paid envelope for you to return it.

Thanks but I already threw it away. They didn't say when I spoke with them.
