Libre 2 seeing up alarms on my phone

A number of those notifications it mentions may well be phone notifications not just librelink settings (eg the lock screen notifications at least)
 
You could always try phoning Abbott for help.....
 
I agree with @Rokaab that these are likely to be phone settings not app settings.
You will need to read the help for your phone as configuration settings vary per model.
