Libre Freestyle Librelink using with Apple iOS - a warning if you have sensor failures

I have an IPhone 12 on 18.6.2 and it worked fine until I changed the capter on Sunday 12/10 at 23.00. Since then I have lost the blue tooth connection. I rang Abbott France who admitted they are not up to date. Having worked for IBM for 37 years I cannot imagine how a company like Abbott making essential health care equipment can be so casual releasing software that is not compatible with the current the IPhone release . I miss all my alarms so my life is on edge. I am 91 male, living in France for 31 years and on insulin since 1973. ,

I appreciate this an iOS thread, but their Android interaction is so hot either. After upgrading from the Galaxy S9 (no issues at all, even Do Not Disturb worked perfectly), to Galaxy S20+, and then 2 years later to the Galaxy S23Ultra, I have no alarms. I phoned Abbott, I played ping pong email with them trying to get the issue sorted. Abbott's answer was to give me a reader. However, Abbott sent me a Libre 3 sensor instead of the reader. Well this coincided with my S23Ultra coming back from repair and had been factory reset. I reloaded all my apps except Libre 2 and loaded Libre 3 app. I inserted the Libre 3 sensor and had a complete fortnight with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Do Not Disturb worked flawlessly, it was perfect. When it ended I had to reinstall Libre 2 and go back to my Libre 2 sensor and the second I opened it, no alarms. Updating to Libre 2+ has made no difference. I know it sounds like a simple solution, but put the hardware from the Libre 3 into Libre 2+ sensors and download Libre 3 software and I'll be sorted.;)
