Not sure where this post is to go in but I’ll give it a try here. type 1 38+ yrs I’ve had the libre2 now for about 2 months, all was going well however changed sensor about 4 days ago but the alarms are not working!! It has blue box at the top which says alarms can only be used with Libre2 I don’t see it in my blue tooth menu. I’ve done all the usual turn phone off and turned Bluetooth off all the usuals. I was wondering if I delete the app and reinstall does that mean I will have to change the sensor!!!
help as I do rely on the alarms!!

My initial thought would be, have you checked on the box that it is a Libre 2 sensor and not Libre 1?
 
Hi. It does sound like it's a faulty sensor as you have checked you do have a Libre 2. I would call Abbotts Customer line. I did that a few weeks back as my sensor was giving wrong readings and they sent a replacement

Wild stab in the dark. Something I read. Do you have location switched on? I believe you should..
Worth a try.
