Having only a few of the protein rolls left I tried making something breadish using some psyllium powder with coconut flour and although it was sort of unleavened bread like - I think the baking powder is too old, it was purple.
I suppose I can get used to that. It didn't taste too bad but I will need to do weighing and testing of BG to see if my formula was low enough carbs. It worked for rolling around a sausage or folding around a beefburger.
