Light headedness and dizziness

I recently every time I stand up I get really bad light head/ dizziness and blurry vision ( only for like 2 - 4 seconds but it happens every time any one else experienced this or no what the cause may be

It could be low blood pressure, or could be something else entirely! Have you been testing your sugars levels a lot recently? That way you can at least see whether that could be a contributing factor. If they are all normal, maybe mention it o your GP. And make sure you stand up slowly!
