Everything that comes in a packet, tin, bottle or other packaging will have the amount of carbohydrates per 110g listed on the outside. Go as low carb as you can as that is what turns into glucose in you blood. Some things such as pasta have a different count when cooked or raw.
The writing can be quite small so take your glasses if you need them.

you need up to 5g/100g of carberhydratess written on the package over that decide how much of whatever you want

Any meat, fish, eggs, cheese, natural full fat yogurts, green veggies, salad stuff, tomatoes, mushrooms, butter, cream, olive oil, rapeseed oil, berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and so many other things.

Avoid or seriously reduce potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, batter, pastry, various fruits, and anything made with refined sugar or flour, processed foods, ready meals. Always check the labels for the total carb content. Ignore the "of which sugars" as these amounts are included in the total carbs.
