    Sounds a bit too faffy for me but I wonder why they cant make a toothpaste using coconut oil which would be easier.

    What's faff about swilling some oil around your moth while you say, have a shower.

    I just brush my teeth with activated charcoal. Not really into mouthwash or fluoride toothpaste that tastes like bubble gum.

    It’s an old and proven method of keeping your teeth and mouth healthy. My wife swears by it and she has a fantastic set of healthy teeth. I tried it a few times but couldn’t overcome the impulse of swallowing it. A swish and rinse with half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate after brushing does it for me.

    Brownish. True. Like coffee and tea stains. Got told off by the Hygienist for using Corsodyl. Recommended by the Dentist! Said 7 - 14 days max is the recommended

    Wouldn't do you any harm to be honest. Coconut oil is great stuff.

    EDIT: Although I suppose this is a valid point;

    Apologies @JohnEGreen did not mean to imply anything about your teeth. I know very little about you of course but from the thoughtful intelligent things you write here, in my minds eye I see you as a fine and charming gentleman, with excellent teeth of course! :)

    they do in Superdrug, I saw it only a few days ago. There's probably precious little actual coconut oil in it though I'd wager.
