I do not have diabetes
Been working and had no problems at all in the morning, I've got in from work, had a cuppa and a bite too eat, got meself comfy, started reading and had a nap.
I woke up, all fuzzy, got another cuppa and sat back down.
I feel dead rough. Took my bloods and I'm 7.1, I retested and this time 7.0.
I don't do 7s!
Could this be a liver dump as I don't usually nap and I didn't have anything that would spike me that much!
The bite I had was 1 pice of Bergen with ham and spinach and a small tomato.
Can't think it could anything else.
Thanks in advance.

for me, a one off doesn't count, there needs to be a pattern to make sense of it and to act on.
Thanks jack. I will see what happens, as you say, a one off and I was knackered, grumpy etc.I went on a dog walk but only brought it down a couple of percentage points. Haven't felt like that for yonks.
Thanks again.

It could have been anything Nosher. I would forget it unless it happens again. Hope you felt better later on and have a good day today.

Thanks. I was grumpy last night! Apologies if I came across nasty! Don't mean to.
I am feeling normal this morning after dog walk, and my two breakies!!
It's bloody cold out there! Had my thermals on!

There was nothing nasty or grumpy in your post. Something weird happened and you were worried so came to the forum to ask for advice. That's what the forum is for. Glad all is well today.

I didn't see anything wrong..if my post suggested anything..it wasn't intended..but diabetes gives everyone the schites at times.

It was on another thread, just thought it was easy to say sorry to RRB right after her last post.
