Hi as most of you know I'm quite new to type 2 and i have an eating disorder (which is getting better) ive just tested and the result was 'LO' my results are always above.8 and usually around 10 although I have tested 20-6..20-8. 21-8. 26-6 at times but never had 'LO' . Ive had a drink of juice.but what should I look out for?

keep testing until you see a normal result....

try not to overdo it with quick acting carbs....

how do/did you feel at that level...?

Test again, it might be a rogue reading!

Eat something that will not rocket your blood glucose levels.

I'd go for the test again approach. To get a low you need to have a glucose level that the system detects as below 2.2mmol/l. You posted in another topic that you're not on medication, and it's very difficult to get to this level of low without an external influence lowering your glucose levels, especially if you have no history of lows.

I felt light headed and shaky.i'm ok now but my redult is 15-5!!!

If you've not had food then I would assume that you are getting rogue readings.
If you have eaten, the shakes and light headed feeling is from fluctuations of your blood glucose levels that are too sudden.
