Hello,
So today, right before I went to a meeting around 10:45, my pump ran out of insulin. I managed to fill the reservoir and then figured I'd finish the rest in the meeting (fill the line, reattach to cannula). When I got to the meeting, however, somehow my pump is saying it requires a password for me to access the menu options! I've phoned both my hospital team and the technical help number provided for the pump and I left voicemails for both, and neither have returned my call.
Has anyone had this before? What can be done? I'm now facing a night of manual injections
TIA!
