log book

We've been using the log book we got from the DSN. I think its from a company called Lilly - frog on a lily pad on the front. On a double page spread it has space for writing down all your carbs on one side and space for recording blood sugar and insulin on the other.

DSN says they've stopped making them and the new log book doesn't have space for writing down the carbs.

Anyone know of a log book that is similar? I know I could make up something on the computer that would do but it would be easier if I could just get one.

There are heaps of free diaries to download off the net. I use the SiDiary as I like the graphs it will print out and how easy is it to use.
