Long time lurker first time poster

Hello Everyone

I have been on here a long time and read loads of posts I even followed some of the advice :roll: but I thought it was time I got more involved . I have been dietary controlled until recently but am now on Metaformin and suffering some windy side effects but its manageable (just :shock: ) .

Any-hoo Happy Christmas everyone had a good time and remember sugar is not bad for diabetics but too much sugar is :wink:
