Well almost...

I sometimes get a run of fairly level test results, but yesterday (despite levels being higher than I want) I managed to quite accidentally do a nice fairly "flat line" for just on 24 hours:

7.4, 7.0, 7.3, 7.1, 7.4, 7.5, 7.0
(then went and spoilt it by some very naughty eating 9.8, 8.3 :() and back today to:
7.3. 6.8, 7.2, 7.3, 7.7

Looking back I had a lower run nearly a month ago:
6.3, 6.7, 6.4, 6.5, 6.8, 6.3, 6.5, 6.2

Since I'm not feeling too good, or eating properly all the time at the moment, these results have given me a bit of a boost, as I feel that doing this is probably as important as getting my glucose levels down and keeping them there?

You assume right. Control is the key. A steady decrease in your overall average is the way to go. Nice and easy does it, hope you are losing weight too?
