the heat
as you know been doing slimming world, did go over to weight watchers for a while but decided to stick to slimming world
anyway it was the greatest loser award, thats the person whos lost the most weight in group
4 stone 4lb total loss (did have a 2lb gain as had an all out birthday meal and it was worth it)
BS levels are all over the place due to lots of stress going on

Well done! I too do slimming world nearly a stone down...would you mind sharing what you eat?...and how long have you been doing it for?, and what has you hb1ac?, and do you monitor your bloods each day? If so what are your numbers?

Well done on the weight loss that’s amazing x
