Thanks I might try that , the docs sent me to a weight management scheme but when I went they would say speck to your diabetic teamYou do seem to be doing everything right, I would ask to speak with a dietitian who will advise on your diet.
Try exercising before breakfast and remember burn more calories than you consume. I eat a strict low carb diet and cycle to work on a daily basis, The weight just drops off. In fact Its hard to put it on
Thanks for the advice I have tried reducing cabs the last few days I am not on a fixed dose so change the amount as I eat and have reduced the amount I am taking when exercisingi was 16.5 stone in October when i started low carbing im now just under 14.5 and still dropping by a couple of pounds a week.

It hard tho you forget the amount of carb that are in all different food I don't carb count as when I was diagnosed they did not do that I work on judging what's on my plate it stupid tho as I count carbs for my daughter but no one has ever offered to work my ratios out lol
