My glucose levels are in normal range. But, am losing weight due to low carb diet(80gper day) and also lost lots of belly fat . Am now only 46kg ( 156cm height, 5ft1").
How do i gain weight back?
Strength training?muscle building?

Up the good fats? Butter on green veg, oily dressings on salad, extra cheese?
And a few more nuts? I have 90-second bread made with ground almonds or a fake crumble using ground almonds (usually with rhubarb).

Yes. Started with a little cream cheese, peanut butter(plain).....

Great work on getting your blood glucose in the normal range now how to get your weight at a better place too! Working on your muscle mass would be a good place to start for which you need protein and probably way more than you imagine. Ideally protein that naturally has good healthy fat content is ideal! Wonder too if you are eating enough? Do you eat to satiety? Make sure you are doing things like adding lots of extra virgin olive oil to any salads, grated cheese to meals and butter on veg etc. Nuts usually put on weight for me but it's a delicate balance as they add carbs if over do them! Experimentation is needed and probably eating more protein and healthy fat than you think you need. Enjoy trying out what works for you.

Yes. Adding more fat and protein to my diet. Was told the same by the endocrinologist also.
Salads, veggies, eggs/fish fill me up. If i feel hungry in between meals I eat 4 -6walnuts/pistas/ cashews and/or drink coffee with almond milk or coconut milk
