Lost 12st in 4 months

Brilliant. I am glad you have found a way to make its better for yourself.
So tell us what are the future goals.Just think where you could get to.
Thank you for your kind words, my goal is to lose about another four to five stone and one day to return back to the job I loved as an heavy goods driver. Used to drive 44 foot trucks and loved it. So yes it's a long way of but would give anything to get back driving. But as I've said thank you so much for your kind words.

what an amazing story, and well done, your determination is showing. I am type 2 diabetes on metformin. Initially my gp let me control my diabetes
with food, and then that wasn't working and as a result having had emotional life situations, I was referred for wight loss surgery but had to prove to the hospital that I could have 12 month free of an addiction.. In that 12 month period I proved to my self and the hospital and now I am on the medical track for 6 months and then maybe I can have the surgery I am okay with that. My stubbornness and sheer determination has helped
lose weight easier for the first time in my life.
Many thanks for your kind words and all the best to you regarding your surgery. Keep pushing your consultant and believe me it will be the best choice you could make. All the very best to you for your future

Well done Colin, pleased you've had some fantastic support along the way :)

Hi Colin

And well done, you have had it really tough, I am on diet only now since losing 5 stone, but it did take
me 11 months to do, I got my blood sugars back to normal and hope to keep it that way, I wish you
success in your future plans.

Sandy.
