I'm trying to get my sugars back in control, I'm finding myself hypo up to 3 times a day and it's so exhausting. I've been a bit lazy with monitoring since I started university in September because I've stupidly been putting my education first. Really need to sort myself out before something bad happens. Any tips on getting back in tight control? Feeling pretty rubbish about it all.
