Sorry, but I have no idea. I find that even low carb/keto bread is too carby for me, so I do without, apart from this one, but one of those gives me a whopping ½ of my daily allowance of carbs.
Keto mug bread: 22g of almond flour + ½ a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix the two.
Add 15g of melted butter and 1 egg to the above. Mix.
microwave at 750w for 90 secs. Done

) I cut it in a couple of slices and eat it warm with butter. It reminds me a little of crumpets. Nutritional info - to the best of my calculations: 4.8 total carbs 29g fat 11g protein 323 cals.
