Low carb but sweet fix

Can anyone suggest a low carb sweet fix. I am trying and have resisted today to have what I usually eat, only had one ginger biscuit this morning with a cup of tea and all other food has been as suggested by the Dietitian.
I'm on a two week trial with a Freestyle Libre due to hypoglycaemia.
I'm just struggling to know what to have that will help me on the need for something sweet.
The Dietitian said fruit is not the best option and to try carrot sticks and hummus which doesn't really do it for me , especially as I don't have a fondness for many veggies.
HELP PLEASE!!!

Celery sticks with peanut butter. Sounds mental, but you'll be pleasantly surprised.

If you have the time; and the interest; you could always bake your own "treats" using artifical sweeteners as opposed to sugar. And before the naysayers chime in with their morbid drone of "artificial sweeteners raise BG too, y'know!" - I would say to try them for yourself, test and confirm before making your mind up:)

2 squares Lindt 90% Excellence is popular. Also a favourite of mine currently is chia pudding

Can of coconut milk
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Or any other flavourings you fancy - just watch the carbs). Put in a bowl , mix , cover and leave for at least 4 hours in the fridge or overnight. About 3 or 4 portions in that and it keeps fine in the fridge. Serve with a few berries (I have 6 raspberries).
Ditchthecarbs and ibreatheimhungry are also great sites for desserts/cake recipes.

You can make low carb muffins using ground almonds and Erythritol instead of wheat flour and sugar
My basic muffin mix is
200g ground almonds, 6 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp extra thick double cream or full fat greek yogurt, 2 tsp baking powder Erythritol to taste ( depending on what im adding it varies between 2 & 6 tbsp). Sometimes I add berries, sometimes cocoa, sometimes coffee and pecan nuts, sometimes lemon juice and lemon zest. Can be baked as a cake or muffins - whizz the basic mix up in food processor, pour into silicone mould(s), add extras, bake at 125 degrees.

Yog and berries for me or rice cake with peanut butter. I won't lie I occasionally have a mini milk chocolate treat (under 15g of carbs)!

Definitely peanut butter especially quality ones. Try to get brands with 96% + peanuts. 100% is available and has no palm oil, again brands vary so best to only purchase a small jar until you find what you like.

I have just discovered Dark Chocolate flavour coated nut and sea salt bars from Aldi. Look and taste like a real treat - 5.9g carb per bar.

Stewed rhubarb with greek yog or double cream (i use erythritol instead of sugar)
A square of dark choc with either a raspberry or a dab of peanut butter on it
I love chia pudding, too
And jelly, though i have to watch which sweeteners have been used
then there are all the lovely low carb mug cakes and cake recipes...

More votes for the Lindt 90% chocolate, chia pudding (I make a chocolate one using dark cocoa powder and cream/almond milk for the liquid) and Oppo ice cream.
