Low carb dietas are beneficial [good article!]

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I have just picked up on this article. It’s not new, but I just found it. I find it clear and to the point, which is that there’s NO evidence that we need any dietary carbohydrate. All it’s sources are referenced and in the print, are place close to where they are cited.

A 2004 report that indicates the safety - even benefits of a VLC diet. Why are "they" still warning us of the potential dangers.

Where does the idea of danger come from in the first place? Especially considering that the human body is perfectly capable of making all the glucose, fructose and galactose it actually needs.
Even a diet with moderate carbohydrate content would make more sense than the Ultra High Carbohydrate diet still being pushed. (Given these numbers only something below 75g/day could meaningfully be called "low" carb. 75-150 being "moderate".)
