Evening all!
Just wondering about this.....read a few comments here and the odd bit elsewhere suggesting levels can sometimes go up because of low very low carb eating, but don't quite get why that is, and would love any thoughts on this. ( Sorry, useless at inserting helpful links!). I've got mine down now to ranging between late 5s and late 6s, very occasional 7.1, but,for a period of about 6 weeks before that they dropped down consistently to say average of 5.6.
Not sure why they have gone up, am still eating same level of low carb, say around 40g, so just wondering actually if I should try eating more carbs - but that seems to go against all the good low carb advice I've read on here and acted on, which overall helped levels come down and loose weight.
Thanks!
