Low carb forum on the app?

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and the forums I have downloaded the app but wondered if anybody could help me navigate? (I'm currently doing this on a desktop). Is there a way on the app that I can quickly access the Low Carb Forum and potentially get alerts/notifications to my phone also?

I can’t help as I find the web version of the site far more user friendly, even on a phone.

I’m tagging @DJC3 as I know she uses the app, and may be able to help.

Thanks for the tag @Goonergal and hi @SophB personally I prefer the app, I guess it’s what you get used to. To get the low carb forum go to main screen

Then Food and Nutrition and you’ll see low carb diet forum on the next page.
You can see notifications if someone quotes you or mentions you or if you have a private message if you tap the 3 lines at the top right of the page.
You can have notifications sent to your phone too but I turned this off as I was being notified every few seconds if somebody posted on a thread I’d been on. This was done via my phone settings though.
