Low carb high fat and weight loss

    Toujeo 36 units a day
    Fiasp with carbs
    SR Metformin 3 a day.

    I've just sent off the final test- 24 hour urine sample to see if I have 'cushings syndrome.' They will have to decide after that. When I was diagnosed my GAAD was negative. They said it's pointless to do it now, 11 years later. All looking like I'm type 2 if I'm honest. My insulin has come down from 60 units a day to 36 from having 3 metformin a day. Thanks for your reply

    That photo has now been updated, LOL.

    I weigh 185lbs and I'm 5.4 and a half in height.

    I'm just getting kids ready for school then will be back to respond! My BMI is 31.1
