I tried this one on Monday and the last little bit is still edible and not dry.
LOW CARB ALMOND FLOUR BREAD
200g Almond meal/flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
20g psyllium husk *
4 eggs (medium)
50g coconut oil (melted)
125ml warm water
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. add the eggs, coconut oil and warm water. Mix well, don't over mix.
Pour into lined or greased loaf tin. Bake at 180/350 for 20 minutes until golden and cooked.
NOTE; This bread is quite filling, one small slice at a time is enough, probably just as well because the phyllium husk is also used as a laxative!
