What does everyone do for a low carb pasta sauce, (to be eaten with low carb pasta naturally).
The best I've Come up with so far is Sacla Butternut squash Risotto sauce at around 7 gm for the jar and added yoghurt or Creme fraiche and herbs with some chicken.
It's not Bad but it's not a traditional pasta sauce, are there.any good supermarket sauces low in carbs?

I always make my own. My favourite is using Philadelphia (or any other cream cheese) and adding chorizo, spring onion, peppers, sundried tomatoes to it :)

It's very simple to make your own and doesn't have to take long :)

Same here as good as any shop bought product, however most pasta sauces are low-carb if they've got a high tomato content.

I suppose I've been too used to the convenience of the jar stuff. I'll have a go at homemade and maybe do it the evening before and refrigerate if I need to save time.

I think the secret to a good pasta sauce is cooking the onions slowly, then adding the other ingredients.
