I think it's even possible to get funding through your GP but I'm not sure how this works, I'm not in the UK.

There are a number of CCGs who have adopted the Low Carb Programme as one of their T2 Diabetes educational programmes. If you live in such an area, your GP can prescribe the programme for you, meaning you would receive it at either a lower or no cost, so my suggestion would be to have a chat with your GP about this.
Alternatively, you could try contacting teh Low Carb Programme and ask what options are available at present, and mention the voucher you talked of.

1. Visit LowCarbProgram.com and register
2. Complete the first screen asking for your basic details
3. When asked to Choose your plan, select Yearly
4. Enter DCUKMEMBER in the 'Enter promotional code' box
