Trying to reduce blood sugar and hopefully reduce weight.Hello and welcome
I haven't joined. I have found sufficient information on diet doctor and by googling. What do you want to achieve by going low carb? Are you trying to manage your blood sugar levels or something else?

I may just be over thinking it andbelieving it to be hard.Low carb is so easy to do - I'd advise keeping the subscription money and spending it on meat and fish, mushrooms, sweet peppers, cauliflower, courgettes, swede, low carb vege and berry mixes from the frozen section and lots of eggs.
