Thanks everyone just been reading about your shopping list, I always forget stuff when shopping and you've all reminded me of stuff I need to get so thanks again. Off shopping tomorrow

Brilliant Celeriac, I'm vegetarian (verging on vegan) so I'm struggling a bit with lo-carb. I've have missed out the meat, fish, etc obviously, but it's a good start for a list for me too. If there are any other veg*ans out there with good lo-carb shopping list ideas I'd love to hear them!

. I've been trying to find celeriac for months and can't find anywhere, where do you all buy it from?

I tried almond butter from Sainsburys instead of peanut butter. Delicious! I have it on fine ground oatcakes.

I've never bought it myself, must try it!, but I'm sure I've seen it in Tesco or Asda
Thanks. Not tried asda very far for me but I will go and look. Saw it often last year in sainsburys during winter so maybe it's a seasonal veg. Will look. Thanks for reply

I can't add to the shopping lists as I have only just discovered the LCHF diet, but I do wish all of my new found 'best' friends for the shopping lists. It's BRILLIANT!

Celeriac - Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado, Abel & Cole, Tesco, ASDA. Cheapest is usually ASDA.

Really ??
Only 2% sugars (1.6g per biscuit). 5.5g of carbohydrate per biscuit. They were available to us on the DESMOND course I went on.
I have one or two with a cup of tea.

It really depends on how low you go - two of these biscuits would be almost half my daily carb intake. Others who eat 100g carbs per day would be able to manage it, as long as their meter confirms that their BG is fine.

I think you might be able to. Left click and highlight the entire list. Right click and you should have the option to 'Print'.

I'm on an iPad and don't know how to "right click" so I'd "copy" & "paste" onto something that I know I can print once I'm home, like an email to myself, for example.

LOL, still hardly low carb at 5.5 g per biscuit , how much does a biscuit weigh ? All the rich tea's I've found are around 70 g of carbs per 100 g of biscuit. Not low carb. I imagine these are addictive, I couldn't stop at 2!
