LOW CARB: Shopping List.

I was actually tempted but don't have a microwave now, it only ever got used for making hot chocolate :)
They should be OK baked in conventional ovens too - it's ages since I cooked in one but I think around 180c should do it with somewhat less for fan ovens. Try around 20 mins cooking time - you can check if they're getting too brown on top and reduce time or temperature a bit, and test with a cocktail stick as with the microwave one.. For normal cakes you can prod the top and they should spring back, and they'll also "sing" when done. I don't think I've ever done muffins/cupcake sizes in a conventional oven, so don't know. if they'd sing too.:p:p

Just bought a variety of low carb wraps from Amazon and Avidlife.
Make a change from protein rolls.
Joseph's are the best so far.
Coconut ones have to be chewed alot to release flavour and very greasy.
Just about to try Amazon's own low carb wraps. I'll see how they go.
Egg mayo is my fav at the mo.

Any low salt items are needed for my shopping basket. Any suggestions? Pls. :-)
