Low carb snacks

Hi,

I'm looking for some suggestions on low carb snacks & was wondering what everyone's snacks of choice were?

Ive just got more Total yogurt & tortilla wraps for lunch. Also been a fan of olives lately! I try not to over do fruit because of the natural sugars. I was in the shop today though & chicken nuggets caught my eye, good idea?

I need some inspiration before the biscuit tin is refilled at work :)

Biltong - its dried meat. Great snack. Tesco occasionally stock a brand called Kruger which is nice and always been reliably good.

Yes, like beef jerky but tends to be less messed about with - I don't like the chemical taste with shop bought jerky. If you live in the South (of England), you can usually find a few good butchers that produce their own. I like Bok and Rose (near St Albans) - they make superb stuff. But you can order on line from a few places as well - but I have found the quality a bit erratic with some of them.

I have been getting graze boxes these last few weeks.

My colleagues have been getting these for a couple years and I thought they were gimmicky overpriced things. But I have changed my mind. They are expensive, at £3.49 per box, but you get four snack pots per box. i rationalised it because I rarely drink since diagnosis, and it's just about the cost of a pint of premium lager, so I decided that I could afford this once a week (in my drinking says I would easily spend stupid money on beer).

Once you have registered you can either let graze send you a selection of snacks or you can choose which snacks they send you. Some of their snacks are high carb so you do need to go in and make sure you "bin" all the high carb stuff and "love" the low carb options.
